Who We Are
We are the local chapter of the nation’s oldest and largest civil rights organization: The NAACP.
The NAACP was founded in 1909, and our branch was founded in 1968 in Sumner County, Tennessee.
What We Do
We advocate for justice, equality, and opportunity for all through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
